Had some issues with configs on 1.1.96 fw and 1.3.1 vemstune (2012-07-30?) from vems.hu homepage.
http://www.vemssupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,2004.msg20010.html#new

Cleaned up config as best i can using f1 promtsp and the sanity check config functionality.

Tune by stats and Live Analyser are filtering all input as per the above thread.
Any help appreciated.

Wide powerband! What size your ITBs is? And what is diameter of intake valves?

.... someone forgot to configure warmup enricment. It is 140% on warmed up engine with two downscales for load and rpms - so now is too late for correction...

In addition Alpha-N IAC compensation is ON. It disturbs idle AFR if you have no IAC valve.

Seems MAP multipliation is ON if "MAP sensor Before throttle". No?

No acceleration enrichment..

Small things what finally affects the result.

Hi Gintsk,

Thanks for the constructive input!!! Very much appreciated!!!!  :)
Yes the pwoerband looks wide, I do wonder if it could have taken another 500-1000rpm, if the valve springs allowed it.

I dont believe the tuner is overly familiar with VEMS & VEMSTUNE.
I had hoped we could fly Gunni over to map it so details like that would not be missed.
And better yet, the dyno operator could be shown such things for future mapping :)
But timing didnt work out so it was not feasible.

I hear good things about Coutoure and they seem to have done a pretty good job of mapping.
I am sure if we can get gunni or someone over to tweak these things next time it heads to dyno the operators could be shown.

Valves are stock and I think silvertop itbs have a 42mm opening? Google will confirm or not.
I dont believe there is an IAC valve on this car.
I did notice doing a diff that the throttle enrichment had not been touched.
I should have pulled the values prior to it being mapped and given the tuner a heads up on where its tweaked.

Still a learning process.

Oh and I believe MAP is measuring atmospheric in the engine bay, before throttles.
Is the setting correct for this setup??
