Need to double check this, I use 15.9 Ohms injectors:

Is the on board 30V flyback sufficient/correct for them?
Additionally with my old ecu I didn't have on board flyback and had a T.S. Diode from pin 23 within the wiring loom, please confirm that this should be removed due to the onboard flyback.

Sufficient.
Use one 30V diode. At pin 23 directly connect injector supply.
