Here`s my latest project. It`s a street car.

Mercedes-Benz 190E.
Engine: 2.3-16
Gearbox: Getrag 5-speed dog-leg
Differential: 3.07 LSD
MY1985 (only body is from 1991)

Spec list:

Exterior :
EVO1 body kit (I produce these kits)
Sepang bronze color
BBS LM wheels 18" front 8", rear 9". Tires: front 225 , rear 255

Interior:
Original leather recaro sports seats
Fully adjustable powered front seats
4x powered windows
2x seat heating
Powered sliding roof
Cruise control
Gauges : Oil temp, boost , and voltmeter.
VEMS LCD screen to display the engine operation parameters
Becker traffic pro stereo


Engine :
Overhauled the stock engine.
CR 10.5
Stiffer engine mounts
7075 aluminum lightweight pulley with a trigger wheel.
Camshaft position sensor. Originally this engine has distributor.
VAG ignition coils - Bremi 4pcs
3 - wire bosch idle air valve.

Engine management:
VEMS
New wiring harness
Sequential ignition
EGT and Wideband Lambda
MAC electronic boost control solenoid


Inlet:
45mm ITB`s from GSXR 750
Turbo plenum with full-radius trumpets.
Billet fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator.
4 bar FPR
980cc Bosch EV14 injectors.
AN6 fuel lining.
Custom Vacuum terminal.
Tial 50mm blow off.


Exhaust:
Turbo manifold made of seamless pipes.
Graphite coated exhaust wrap.
Precision 6265 Billet turbocharger.
Turbosmart 50mm wastegate.
3 " stainless steel downpipe .
Stainless steel exhaust system.
Simons+Martelius rear muffler.

Drivetrain :
Billet flywheel ~ 4.3kg
Alcon 184mm 3 -disc clutch
Hydraulic bearing
Stainless steel shifter rods with bearings instead of bushings.
Shortshifter
LSD spring block.


Brakes:
The front: 4piston callipers ML430
345x32mm discs. Central parts machined out and replaced with billet aluminum hubs.
Rear brakes from W124 320TE
Goodridge stainless steel braided brake hoses .
ATE blue racing brake fluid


Suspension :
H & R Cup kit suspension.
Delrin front control arm bushings .
Delrin rear subframe bushings.
Other bushings are new OEM parts.
Bearings from SKF.


Cooling system :
450x550x60mm custom radiator.
2x 10 " electric fans .
300x300x100mm custom intercooler

Elbe Engineering hydraulic clutch release bearing - it`s again my own designed and produced. 7075 anodized alloy with heavy duty replaceable bearing.
