Post by: Sam8888 on September 23, 2015, 02:08:06 PM
I bought my ecu 2ndhand from a guy, who don't know much about the ecu. I want to figure this out that which map is this? 250Kpa? 400Kpa?

probably 400kPa
Just power on the ecu and see readings.

I want to use this on an N/A engine. Should i change this to a lower kPa version for better reading, or it will be ok with this?

You need to set the sensor configuration in VEMS to what the sensor is, while in the menu press f1, try the various kpa values listed, the one that gets your closest to 100kpa will be the right one, then adjust for it to read whatever your current barometric pressure is,.

Thank you guys! I used the 414 value, and it shows 101kPa, wich is the current barometric pressure here.
