Title: VEMS ecu modification for 3rd trigger
Post by: Wolf_Tm on November 12, 2015, 02:04:02 PM
Hi,
I'd like to make a customer's VEMS to drive a 2nd camshaft VVT, so needing to read a 2nd cam position VR sensor (aka 3rd trigger) and I've been told it will need an hardware modification at the factory.
We mailed to vems.hu last week but got no reply so far, so any idea how to get this modification done?
Thanks

you just need vr-hall converter and some small adjustments in ecu hardware depending on ecu version :)

Kamuto, please let's get deeper into details.
What vr-hall converter did you use with success?
And what about the ecu hardware adjustments? Is something easy or would you need the ecu there?
Thanks

Vr to Hall converter
