The idle control is in Extras->Idle Settings General You can use the simple on/off type which is a good idea to get things moving in the right direction.

First we need to check that the Idle Control Valve is functioning correctly.  Does it have a good power feed (measuring 12V), does the idle speed drop when you ground the activation wire?

I use on/off type.
The idle control valve is functioning correctly.

When you say "is a good idea to get things moving in the right direction"...You talk about the regulating screw?

So when you activate the ICV by grounding what does the RPM drop to?

Which pin is your ICV connected to?

What are the Idle solenoid settings in Extras->Idle Settings General and the values in Settings->Injector Outputs
