Hello
I'm back on vems after a view years of absence. I'm building a vems on a Peugeot Tu5JP4s engine. Just for the cables and sensor connectors I bought a wiring loom from a 206 8v (Because I'm using 8v coil) just to use it for the parts.
To my surprise the cables in this loom for the VR are not shielded. It's just twisted and directly in ecu. The sensor is in a plastic bracked isolated from the engine.
How should I proceed with shielding this?

it's no problem, if it's twisted it will be 99% ok
Oké.
Does anyone know which cable (brown/Green) is + and whether the standard management (bosch MP7.2) is rising tooth trigged?

Like this?
yes like this, your crank sensor wiring is fine, no problems with it.
I thought so. 50% chance, right. Maybe more, the elec sheme of the car gave a hint on what should be the +.
The high peak on rising tooth of the 1st after the missing teeth is normal?

yes, it shows time difference between tooths
aha, I thought it shows voltage. A peak of 3 times normal time seems logical with 2 teeth missing :D
