hello people. I am from croatia. i just bought a fiat tipo with engine from lancia thema 2.0 16v. turbo is replaced with garrett t3 trim 60, IC is biggier and injectors are from audi 2.2 , 20v turbo and FPR from delta!!
There are more modifiocation like ford Edis ignition, electronic boost control and BOV...
it is managed on vems but here there are little people in croatia that can adjust vems.
i have lots of problem,i have 2 maps,one on 0.8 bar and second on 1.6bar boost! on second map in full throtlle i get peak and a small explosion under hood. the turbo hole is very big and on cold he is running bad.

What is peak?
Well the first thing is to use the datalogging feature in MegaTune - then with MegaLogViewer it will be possible to see the events that lead to this event that sounds like a backfire.

i have the software and laptop but everiting for me is strange.hmm peak is that turbo goes to 1.8 bar and than in half second he does bomm and pressure drops to near 0.9 bar and sudenly goes up again. and turbo hole, hmmm when i press a gas than first he works in vacuum and when the turbo should start pumping i get like loss of power or something than a full throtlle and power... how do i get that log,and what sholud i do with that log??
the guy that worked my vems is stranger to me and i dont have tel number or nothing!
Using MegaTune to make a Datalog
File->Datalogging->Record...
Use the MegaTune Datalog file dialog window to choose where to put the file (I use the desktop) I say this because its hard to work out where MegaTune saves the datalog!
Once you press the Save button it will start logging.
Do your test, then stop the datalogging with File->Datalogging->Off
And if you then save your MSQ file File->Save As... you can use the MegaLogViewer

replay what happened with the sensors.

moremo i na hrvatski hehe... ugl ja sam zvao Dragu koji je radio auto, i njemu je tonci mapira auto samo sto valjda nije stiga sve do kraja!!drago je reka da ce nazvati toncija ali evo proslo vec tjedan dana a ne javlja se...imas broj od toncija i ako imas informaciju koliko bi trajalo mapiranje??

Lasy year he maped alfa 145 2.0t 4x4 with gt35r 0.86, best time was 10.3s on 402m.
heehe,it is same engine like this on only this does not have 4x4...the gay that drives that car was repairing my tipo abaou a week ago...only mehanical things!!
ok,so today i bought a rs232 to usb cable to connect vems on laptop...i plug it in bu mega tune says no response.i try to change com ports and all but no luck...any idea??

I think it's boost controler wrong configured. Car goes to overboost and when hit 1.6bar of boost and hit fuel cut(260kPa). Ref position is wrong or boost target.
