Title: Fuel rail extrusion
Post by: paul_f on March 11, 2009, 07:05:50 PM
Does anyone know where I can get fuel rail extrusion from in Europe?  I have found it at summit and ross machine racing, but the shipping makes it pretty expensive.

Anybody know the german word for it so i could have a look on German ebay?

Thanks
Paul

You could also just make it from pipe?

As per the E46 M3 for instance.

Thanks for the replys!

Thats pretty expensive there!  It took me a while to notice that it was in decimetres not metres!  I have never seen anything sold by the decimetre before.

I think a VW parts place in the UK has some (and he will make them for me), if he hasn't I'll go with ross machine racing.

I was going to cut and shut some Alfa romeo ones I have, but I'd like to have fittings on the pipe so it can fit around the cooling system (VW flat4) and it wasn't going to be easy with those.
