So don't use those firmwares? They are not released anyway. 1.2.38 is recommended.

They all say experimental, do not use yet.

1.2.43 had some specific trigger related changes for a Subaru EJ255 and hasn't been thoroughly tested or released yet. Not really a surprise it didn't run a VR6 or AAN.

You should never be trying new firmware unless it's on this page as released http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?page=GenBoard%2FUnderDevelopment%2FFirmwareChanges or someone from VEMS Support (or your tuner) tells you to use a different specific version for a specific reason.

has anybody some infos about Firmware 1.2.44 ?
It´s shown in FW Webupdate tool.
I tried it, but for me it doesnt work because i get lots of trigger errors. So i must went back to 1.2.38

Today tried FW 1.2.44
Same issue, "to many prim. trigger".

It´s not good that there is any support for those special things.

Does anyone have some recommended settings to get the knock sensors working? Whenever I get the average knock value close to my knock reference average setup correctly and turn on knock detection it constantly goes off. (isknocking always on). I tried to play with the threshold for mean value with no luck.

base settings from menus are quite good :))

Good luck, they are like gold dust in the UK, i think the best you can do, is look for someone with at least megasquirt knowledge.

I would love to get my car fully sorted, as I've done my best with it, but its not 100%....but hey i can drive it....lol....before the government ban us of the road.

https://www.pnpecu.com/ makes a pnp setup for this. Although you may need to switch some wires around in your x20 connector to get body related stuff working.

Does anyone have experience setting up a M52 VEMS PNP to trigger the AC compressor in a BMW E36?

I'm facing a weird issue when I turn the outputs on in "Test Mode" I can trigger the AC Compressor through low voltage channel 6, but when I actually try to assign that channel and burn it. The car freaks out, rpm gauge bounces around, doesn't crank or start. And I have to revert my changes back.
