Byte Stuffed SD Card Log Format

Do I understand correctly that the byte stuffed format for sd card log also stores the config that was active when creating the log, on the sd card itself?

I'm using Firmware 1.2.11 and when I use byte stuffed format the sd card only contains trigger logs.

When can we see this fixed?
