WOT - shift cut time set to 1020 issues
« on: February 05, 2017, 09:00:09 am »
I have a sequential gearbox that has output signal to reduce torque for gear change. It removes the signal one the shift is complete.
I set the shift cut time to 1020 so that power will be cut for as long as the transmission needs to change the gear.
However, I noticed that after transmission removes the signal, VEMS still cuts spark in my case for another ~100ms. This makes for very slow shifting (relatively speaking).

Anybody know how to make it better?

I have the same issue on firmware 1.2.38. Which firmware version should I go for. A local VEMS dealer updated to this and said it was the one he recommended.
