Golf MK2 R32 ETC and IAC problems please help

Hello

I am looking for someone to help me set up my etc and IAC on my MK2 golf R32. I am located in the UK.
I have managed to get my throttle to move I just can not make my car idle.

I would really appreciate any help.

I did r32 without a problem.
