im lost

Is it writing not ready when you upload or download?

It is whenever i will use the download or upload from the 1.0.73 packede, it writes "not ready"

I dont suppose it to be the wrong com port, as i can upload the firmware without trooble,
It´s just the config part that dosent work.

Well thats damn strange, and I must admit that I'm stumped on that can you use Terminal to communicate with the system?  If you can then mcd and mct will get your config and tables.

I can just use the download config from the 1.0.53 packede, and i have posted the complete setup on Wiki now.

I found that the dos batch file to upload config was set up to use com4, whereas the batch file for firmware was more sensibly set to com1.  Worth checking for the sake of sanity!

That is over my pc level, to figure out were to look for that setting

Right click on the offending batch file and select edit from the context menu.  The batch file should then open in notepad or whatever editor you have as default.

You can then eyeball the script and look for a random com1 or com4 (or whatever) that isn't right.

And yes, it was indeed set to com4, changed that, and it´s now working.

Now i just have to change everything again, becource there a lots of warnings now,
That must be becourse i used the wrong software when up and downloaded it,
