Recommended firmware 1UZ-FE VVTI

I have a VEMS 3.3 sn 741 and would like to the best firmware version for use on a 1999 Toyota 1UZ-FE VVTI. Also I have requested password for the boot-loader upgrade but have not recieved a reply, is it still possible to get the boot-loader upgraded?
