What do you think of this tool - Config table helper
« on: May 09, 2009, 05:24:35 am »
I found it horribly difficult to find info that a non-geek can understand reference config.txt, so I started to consolidate it into an Excel file, then started to comment it, then started to compare, and group, and calculate....anyhow, take a look, it's for 1.0.73 only.

LMK your thoughts, etc.

Thanks

Huge work!

Normally it shold not be thing to interest, if stable tuning program.

Most of users have not hexagonal type of thinking, except some coders.

Can you publish this doc also on wiki config related page?

Look for CheapassRon on the VEMS MembersPage.

This was a tool for my education, so please take that into account.  Hope it helps you.  Please post any suggestions or comments.

Thx, since I am working on a 1.0.73 application, I had to concentrate there.  I am continually working on it and will update the linked sheet from time to time.  Once the project is over, that will probably end.  Feel free to create others for different versions.
