Wideband & EGT Default Configuration
« on: April 11, 2007, 07:50:20 pm »
Published for reference only - you do not need to adjust anything.

Once again the Pump PW Zero and Nerst DC target are specific to your gauge and should not be touched

Hi i have seen that many Audi I5 files use these settings for the WB. What is the way to go?

These are the data provided from VEMS. Wha tsettings should i use?

Serial_nr= 1441
pump-= 4.14V
wbo2_pump_pw_zero=0x67
wbo2_nernstdc_target=0x85
pump+= -3.3mV/200 Ohm
AREF=4.9V
(C103=1nF, no D100)

Regards,

Vasilis

Ah... The problem is that I put the Wideband and EGT settings in the VEMS->Configuration and it should have been in the Wide band's only section.
This is what you need:

Gauges what I have ordered have now littele label with some settings but not my own what I've ordered many times ago. Now i've read that after firmware update some guys had to enter their specific values again. From it question, how and where can i get thes values for my gauge?

When your ECU is sent out from the factory the values should be in an email that was sent out with the delivery information and serial number.  If you can't find this then you can log onto the webshop (assuming that you bought it from there) and check your order history - the details should be in your order notes.

My previos orders where not directly from web shop but from local dealer and knowing how thes orders where... I can not get any information from there. Can I get that information by sending my gauges ID to somebody directly?

Gauge setups should be all the same standard.
You could email [email protected] and pass them your gauge number.

IS there something wrong, when my wideband gauge show only 19.x O2 at free air, and oscillate a bit.
Wideband parameters seems as above.

SportGaraj: Do you mean how to do this in case you haven't got this feature in the ECU already? Or do you mean really basically how that stuff works?

If you have it, then there are two  wires with green rubber insulation coming through the endplate, within are the two K-type thermocouple wires for each sensor connection.

All sorted, a friend who's an electronist soldered the two ad597's  and the wires on the board for my two EGT sensors. Now i just need to calibrate the sensors. Cheers!
