yet another audi aan trigger problem
« on: November 10, 2012, 09:48:12 pm »
 ??? ???

hi people,

this is my first post here, ive been reading all the trigger problems posts and im having almost the same issue.

im running 1.2.2 firmware and running divby3 and sometimes it shows trigger problem on low rpms and almost everytime after 6500rpms...

i tried to change it to div by 9 and seems to hit rev limiter and the rpms showing on the dashboard tach is about ~5000rpms...
and i think divby27 does the same thing...

i was wondering if there is any way to synchronize the rpms with the dashboard tach? or any other way to resolve the triggering problem that when i ran 1.1.7x firmware didnt have....

well,

with firmware 1.2.2 and div by 27 seems to work, no trigger errors yet.

but what i found is that the tacho is not calibrated, its very different from the dashboard gauge.

i tried all dividers from the vems drop down menu and no luck.

I had to use Custom and put divider on 14 to match the high rpms but low rpms the dashboard gauge is like 500rpms higher than the VEMS, and in middle rpms it jumps and goes almost the same as the vems to redline.
